What is Urion Cloud?

How is this different from regular hosting?
Most hosts give you a server and walk away. We optimize every layer — NVMe storage, global CDN, Core Web Vitals monitoring — and bundle in keyword tracking, site audits, and AI content tools that other hosts charge extra for or don't offer at all.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We handle server management, updates, security patches, and performance tuning. You manage your WordPress site through the familiar WordPress dashboard.
Migration
Is migration really free?
Yes. Every plan includes a free, zero-downtime migration handled by our team. We move your WordPress files, database, plugins, themes, media, and email configurations.
How long does migration take?
Most migrations are completed within 24 hours. Complex sites with large databases or custom configurations may take up to 48 hours. Your existing site stays live throughout.
Which hosts can you migrate from?
We migrate from any WordPress host — Bluehost, GoDaddy, SiteGround, WP Engine, Kinsta, HostGator, Cloudways, and more. If it runs WordPress, we can move it.
Billing & plans
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime with no penalty. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
What's the refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe.
Technical
Do you support WooCommerce?
Yes. All plans support WooCommerce. Our infrastructure is optimized for e-commerce with fast database queries, object caching, and PCI-compliant SSL.
Do you provide staging environments?
Staging sites are included on Growth and Scale plans. You can test changes, plugin updates, and new designs before pushing them live with one click.
What uptime do you guarantee?
We guarantee 99.99% uptime backed by our SLA. Our infrastructure uses isolated containers, automatic failover, and real-time monitoring.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely. Point your domain's DNS to Urion Cloud and we handle SSL provisioning automatically. We also support domain transfers if you'd prefer us to manage DNS.
